The team had a significant amount of demo to the existing space with removing parts of the structure that were unsafe. All new walls were installed with security features to accommodate the nature of the product. We worked with the customer to change the designs to meet their needs and also provide the best option for the space they were working with. An all-new HVAC system was installed with new units. Additional bathrooms were added. A generator was installed on the roof which required significant structural support to the roof. We created a new front and rear entrance to the space and were faced with multiple existing conditions issues that we resolved quickly. The store was completed in just under 8 weeks from the time of possession to CO obtainment to accommodate the customers request for a 04/20 open date.
